Last Updated: Aug 30, 2018 12:42PM PDT
Thank you for your interest in List Labs.

Our Product #130 (Botulinum Neurotoxin Type A) is a purer version of our Product #128 (Botulinum Neurotoxin Type A Complex).

Per the Certificate of Analysis of each product, Gel Electrophoresis was performed and the following results were seen:

Product #128
When examined on 4-12% SDS-polyacrylamide gels in the presence of a reducing agent, the
neurotoxin bands are present at 50 and 100 kDa, and associated complex bands are present at
17, 20, 34, 48 and 130 kDa.

Product #130
When examined on 4-12% SDS-polyacrylamide gels, this protein migrates as a single major
band with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 150,000 daltons. In the presence
of a reducing agent, the preparation migrates as two bands with apparent molecular weights
of 100,000 and 50,000 daltons.

You may view the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for these products on our website for more details.
