Last Updated: Aug 30, 2018 12:42PM PDT
Thank you for your interest in List Labs.

Currently we have two antibodies that can be used to detect BoNT/A.
One is a polyclonal chicken antibody raised to the 50 kD binding domain, List Labs Product #730A.
The antigen for this is the heavy chain binding domain from BoNT/A, List product #612.

The second is a monoclonal antibody to the 50 kD light chain, List Labs Product #731L.
The antigen for this is the light chain from BoNT/A, List Labs Product #610.

These can be used as a pair, the chicken antibody to capture and the monoclonal to detect.
