What C. difficile binary toxin, B subunit antibodies does List Labs have that can be used in a sandwich assay?

Last Updated: Aug 30, 2018 01:25PM PDT
Thank you for your interest in List Labs.

The biotinylated anti-C. difficile, Binary Toxin, B Subunit IgY (List Labs product #759) can be paired with the anti-C. difficile, Binary Toxin, B Subunit, IgY (List Labs product #758) in a standard sandwich ELISA.

A 1 µg coating of List Labs product #758 antibody is used as the capture antibody followed by exposure to the antigen (List Labs product #158).  The antigen is detected using a 1:1000 - 1:5000 dilution of the biotinylated IgY (List Labs product #759) with a Peroxidase conjugated NeutravidinTM and a fluorogenic substrate.  The midpoint of the binding curve is approximately 70 ng/ml.  As low as 1 ng/ml of antigen is readily detected.

You may view the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for these products on our website for more details.
